HOW IT WORKS
Submit Your Music
Upload your tracks through the Producer Dashboard or Submit Music page. Include metadata, genre tags, and cover art for the best placement results.
Catalog Review
Our A&R team reviews every submission for quality, commercial viability, and sync potential. You'll receive an approval or feedback email within 5–7 business days.
Track Goes Live
Approved tracks are published to the Rogue Wave catalog and made available for licensing. Your track is now discoverable by brands, filmmakers, and content creators.
License Is Purchased
When a buyer licenses your track, the transaction is processed through Stripe. A PDF license agreement is automatically generated and delivered to the buyer.
You Get Paid
Your revenue share is calculated based on your SonicVerse subscription tier. Payouts are processed monthly to your registered payment method.
COMMON QUESTIONS
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first 5 business days of the following month. You'll receive an email confirmation when your payout is initiated.
What license types are available?
Rogue Wave offers Personal, Commercial, Broadcast, and Enterprise licenses. Each tier has different usage rights and price points set by the catalog team.
Can I set my own prices?
License pricing is set by the Rogue Wave catalog team based on track quality, genre, and market demand. Producers can request pricing reviews through the Producer Dashboard.
What happens if my track is rejected?
You'll receive a rejection email with feedback. You can revise and resubmit at any time. Rejection doesn't affect your ability to submit other tracks.
How do I upgrade my tier?
Tier upgrades are managed through SonicVerse. Visit sonicverse.roguewavehq.com and upgrade your subscription — your new split percentage applies to all future license sales immediately.
Are AI-generated tracks accepted?
Yes. Rogue Wave welcomes both AI-assisted and traditionally produced music. All submissions are evaluated on quality, commercial viability, and originality regardless of production method.
