All music tracks in the Rogue Wave catalog are either owned by Rogue Wave Productions, licensed from producers who have confirmed ownership, or submitted by creators who have represented that they hold all necessary rights. HOW TO FILE A TAKEDOWN REQUEST
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

- 3. The URL or specific location on the Site where the allegedly infringing material is located.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
REPEAT INFRINGERS
Rogue Wave Productions will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
